Accordingly, gasoline and oil prices were adjusted up from 753-920 VND/liter, specifically: RON92 gasoline increased by 753 VND/liter, to 22,171 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline increased by 920 VND/liter, to 23,402 VND/liter.
Prices of oil products also fluctuated during this adjustment, specifically: diesel 0.05S increased by 182 VND/liter compared to the current retail price; kerosene increased to 20,544 VND/liter after increasing by 8 VND/liter; mazut 180CST 3.5S is priced at 15,494 VND/kg after decreasing by 14 VND/kg.
In this adjustment, the management agency will set aside the Price Stabilization Fund for fuel oil at VND300/kg (as in the previous period), not set aside the fund for gasoline, diesel and kerosene; and will not use the fund for all gasoline and oil products.
Thus, after prices reversed and decreased in the first session of 2024, gasoline and oil prices have increased for three consecutive sessions in the past month.
