The conference was attended by leaders of the Hanoi Women's Union, Dong Da District Party Committee, Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company Limited (Home Credit Vietnam Company), financial consultants, officials, women's union members of Dong Da district and districts in Hanoi.
Talking to female members, Editor-in-Chief of the Capital Women's Newspaper Le Quynh Trang emphasized: In today's society, women increasingly affirm their important role and position in the family and society. In particular, in the family, women are not only the main laborers who create wealth, material, family economy, and raise children to adulthood, but also the "treasurer" who manages family finances and collects expenses. When women know how to manage finances intelligently, they can ensure a stable, sustainable, balanced, and reasonable family economy, which is a foundation for the development of family members.

Equipping women with knowledge and skills in financial management, supporting women with interest-free loans to develop their family economy is a practical activity that the Capital Women Newspaper has been working with Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company Limited to carry out consistently over the past 10 years. With a revolving fund of 100 million VND in interest-free loans, the Capital Women Newspaper has supported hundreds of poor women and women in difficult circumstances to improve their lives, develop their family economy to gradually rise up in life.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the partnership between the two sides, the 2025 Family Financial Management Knowledge Consulting Program was organized with the participation of the reporter, Dr. Lecturer Tran Thi Thu Huong, lecturer of the Banking Faculty, Banking Academy, to provide useful advice to women on how to manage family finances. From there, helping women gain more knowledge and skills in family finance, knowledge on loan management to develop the economy, enhance the economic power of themselves and their families, contributing to improving the position of women in the family and society, and achieving gender equality.
Within the framework of the program, a representative of Home Credit Vietnam Company gave interest-free loans to 10 women in Dong Da district, each member was able to borrow 10 million VND without interest for 1 year to do household economy and start a business. This is the second year that women's union members in Dong Da district have benefited from this source of capital. Previously, in 2023, the Newspaper connected and provided a loan of 100 million VND to 5 disadvantaged women in Van Mieu ward (Dong Da district) with interest-free loans, each person was able to borrow 20 million VND/year.
