The price of SJC gold bars and plain round gold rings at Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited was traded by the enterprise at 99.2 million VND/tael for buying and 101.5 million VND/tael for selling (increased by 700,000 VND/tael for buying and 800,000 VND/tael for selling, respectively).
Gold prices today continue to set new peaks for SJC gold bars and plain gold rings, with each peak higher than the previous one. Despite warnings of a hot gold price increase, the precious metal has not stopped its upward trend.
Domestic gold prices continuously set new highs following the world's upward trend. In the international market, the precious metal also headed towards the 3,100 USD/ounce mark when it just opened for trading and climbed to 3,097 USD/ounce - an all-time high.
At the beginning of the year, the highest forecast for gold prices was around $3,000/ounce by the end of the first quarter of 2025. However, today – the last day of the first quarter, gold prices have set a new peak of $3,097/ounce, in the context of the demand for gold that has not cooled down.
Currently, the world gold price converted at the listed exchange rate is about 96.2 million VND/tael.
