Gia Lai sets out 7 key tasks and solutions to ensure growth of 8.06% or more in 2025.

Resolution No. 470/NQ-HDND dated March 1, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council has adjusted the province's GRDP growth target for 2025 to 8.06%. In order to strive to successfully complete these targets, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Directors, Heads of provincial departments and branches, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, according to their assigned functions, tasks, authority, scope and areas of state management, to focus on thoroughly grasping, implementing resolutely, synchronously, promptly and effectively the viewpoints, tasks and key and breakthrough solutions.

In which, the Plan's viewpoint is clearly defined as: Focus on striving to achieve the growth target of 8% or more in 2025 to create momentum and force for double-digit growth in the following years, with the spirit: "The Party has directed, the Government has agreed, the National Assembly agrees, the People support, the Fatherland expects, then only discuss and do, not discuss backing down". Economic growth must be fast but sustainable, ensuring economic stability, controlling inflation; improving the material and spiritual life of the people, ensuring social security, social justice and progress, protecting the environment. Closely following the Party's guidelines and policies, Resolutions, Conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee's instructions to concretize at departments, branches and localities; closely following reality, taking reality as a measure to lead, direct and organize effective implementation.

Departments, branches and localities maximize resources, proactiveness, creativity, flexibility, innovation, breakthrough spirit and responsibility of departments, branches and localities; take people and businesses as the center, consider the difficulties of people and businesses as their own difficulties to proactively support and accompany to remove difficulties and obstacles in the spirit of "not saying no, not saying difficult, not saying yes but not doing". Mobilize all economic sectors, all businesses and people to participate in socio-economic development.

At the same time, closely monitor and grasp the situation, do a good job of analyzing and forecasting, proactively develop synchronous, comprehensive, and focused solutions to have timely, flexible, and effective policy responses, especially for newly arising, difficult, and sensitive issues. In directing and operating, it is necessary to promote the spirit of autonomy, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, and national pride; make the most of all opportunities, motivations, and internal and external resources for development; be flexible, creative, dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility for the common good; have high determination, great efforts, and drastic actions with focus and key points; clearly assign people, tasks, time, responsibilities, and results. Localities need to focus on exploiting and maximizing their unique potentials, outstanding opportunities, and competitive advantages to promote economic growth and development.

The plan sets out 7 groups of tasks and specific, key and breakthrough solutions to achieve the set goals, including: Focusing on resolutely, synchronously and effectively implementing the Resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Council on tasks and solutions for economic growth; continuing to prioritize time and resources to focus on perfecting mechanisms and policies. Accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital, taking public investment as the leader, activating and attracting all social resources; promoting private investment, attracting FDI; effectively exploiting the domestic market, developing e-commerce and attracting tourists. Along with that, promoting sustainable exports; strongly promoting new growth drivers, breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, and high-quality human resources.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to monitor, urge and synthesize the implementation of tasks and solutions stated in this Plan.
