With the same price increase, traders in Ha Nam are purchasing live pigs at 66,000 VND/kg, equal to the price in Yen Bai, Vinh Phuc, and Tuyen Quang.
On the other hand, traders in Lao Cai, Ha Nam, and Ninh Binh are purchasing live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, the lowest price in the region.
Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region
In this area, the price of live pigs today increased by 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg and fluctuated between 63,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.

On the other hand, after increasing the price, traders in Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan are purchasing live pigs at 63,000 VND/kg, equal to Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, and Lam Dong, which is the lowest price in the region.

Specifically, after increasing 2 prices in Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and 1 price in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Thap traders are buying live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, recording this as the highest selling price in the region.
With the same price increase, traders in Binh Phuoc and Ho Chi Minh City are purchasing live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, the same as in Vinh Long and Can Tho.
With the same price increase, traders in Tra Vinh are purchasing live pigs at 63,000 VND/kg, equal to those in Long An, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, Ben Tre, and Soc Trang.
On the other hand, traders in Tien Giang province are purchasing live pigs at 62,000 VND/kg, which is the lowest price in the region.
In general, the price of live pigs today continues to increase in all three regions. In particular, the Northern market still holds the highest transaction price in the country. Currently, the surveyed price in the regions is in the range of 62,000 - 67,000 VND/kg.
