Accordingly, after reviewing the proposal of the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district and the report of the Department of Construction on the extension of the construction contract for the Phuoc Nang - Phuoc Chanh traffic road project, the Provincial People's Committee found that due to a number of objective reasons such as unfavorable weather conditions, shortage of construction materials and some problems related to site clearance, the construction progress has not ensured the progress according to the signed contract...

Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend the contract for the construction of the Phuoc Nang - Phuoc Chanh Road project as proposed by the Department of Construction. At the same time, the Phuoc Son District People's Committee was requested to negotiate and sign an appendix to the contract to adjust the implementation time to ensure compliance with regulations.

The Department of Construction, Department of Transport and related departments, branches and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for monitoring, guiding, inspecting and supervising the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district during the project implementation process.
