- The insurance contract has an effective date during the promotional period;

- For insurance contracts with the same issuance date, the contract with the larger FYP (excluding Top-up) applies.
- For insurance contracts with the same effective date, issuance date and FYP, the next criteria to be considered are: (1) applied to the contract with information declared on the system (submission date) earlier, or (2) applied to the contract with more supplementary products.
