Placing a signboard of the youth project to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, now Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group 10/10 (1994 -2024)

On the morning of October 17, at Binh Minh mine of Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV, the Youth Union of TKV Group organized the installation of a signboard for the Youth Union-level Youth Project to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam National Coal Corporation, now the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (October 10, 1994 - October 10, 2024).

Attending the event were comrades: Bui Van Ngoi - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Vinh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Group Party Committee; Nguyen Van Thuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, Member of the TKV Party Committee, Secretary of the TKV Youth Union; Hoang Viet Phuong - Secretary of the Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union; comrade Nguyen Van Son - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV and other leaders, cadres, and Youth Union members of the Company. Based on Plan No. 20 of the TKV Youth Union Executive Committee on emulation to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam National Coal Corporation, now Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group, the direction of the TKV Youth Union and the 2024 production and business plan of Hon Gai Coal Company, especially the XDCB tunnel excavation plan of the project to exploit below -220 level of Binh Minh mine, the Youth Union of Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV has registered to undertake and complete the project "Digging underground conveyor belt tunnel at level -220/-367 under the project to exploit below -220 level of Binh Minh mine" - Youth project of the Central Enterprise Bloc Youth Union to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam National Coal Corporation, now Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (October 10, 1994 - October 10, 2024). The project has a tunnel length of 100m, the tunnel is dug in the coal with arched iron beams, column head shackles and roof braces, the roof and sides are filled with concrete pads. The construction period is from July 1 to August 30, 2024 with the participation of 82 union members; the value of the project is over 6.5 billion VND. The project belongs to the Project to exploit the depth below -220 of Binh Minh mine with a total investment of 1,100 billion VND, with raw coal reserves of over 9 million tons of coal, capacity of 500,000 tons/year. This is one of the key projects of the Group, so the completion of the project is of great significance, being one of the key construction items of the project. Comrade Nguyen Van Thuan - Member of the Central Business Bloc Youth Union, Secretary of the TKV Youth Union said: “In the series of activities to celebrate major holidays in 2024, especially the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam National Coal Corporation, now the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group, the TKV Youth Union has selected many activities. Of which, there are 3 key contents: Education of culture and tradition of Miners for the Group's youth; Build a good youth movement with environmental protection work and actively undertake projects and tasks to work with expertise to complete the production and business tasks in 2024. In the past 9 months, TKV Youth Union chapters at all levels have undertaken and completed 732 youth projects, including many key projects of great significance to production, the project "Digging underground conveyor belt tunnels at level -220/-367 under the project to exploit below level -220 of Binh Minh mine" is a key project with a signboard of the Central Enterprise Bloc Youth Union. " The project was completed on schedule, helping to improve industrial hygiene on the tunnel system; the drinking water system was installed close to the furnace mirror; The number of tunnel meters increased by about 5m/month compared to previous months. Thereby, contributing to meeting the requirements of TKV's coal production plan, contributing to ensuring national energy security in the period 2020 to 2045. On this occasion, TKV Youth Union awarded the Youth Union of Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV and 03 Youth Union branches under the Company's Youth Union (Youth Union No. 1 Thanh Cong, Youth Union of Professional Block, Youth Union of Technical Block) for their outstanding achievements in participating in the implementation of the project.
