Meeting and giving gifts to relatives and families of martyrs

On the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 * July 27, 2024), on May 30, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs (VAFS) and the provincial VAFS in coordination with the provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs organized visits and presented gifts to relatives and families of martyrs in the province.

The organizing committee presented gifts to relatives of martyrs in Viet Tri city.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 20 gifts to relatives and families of martyrs in Viet Tri City and authorized 80 gifts to representatives of the Associations of the Martyrs' Associations in Lam Thao, Tam Nong, Cam Khe, Yen Lap, Thanh Son, Tan Son and Phu Ninh districts. Each gift is worth 2 million VND, taken from the total amount of donations recorded in the "Gratitude to Martyrs" SMS Program in 2023 launched by the Vietnam Association of the Martyrs' Association in coordination with the Vietnam Red Cross Society and the National Humanitarian Information Portal 1400.

The Organizing Committee authorized 80 gifts to representatives of the Associations of Family and Friends of Lam Thao, Tam Nong, Cam Khe, Yen Lap, Thanh Son, Tan Son and Phu Ninh districts.

This is a practical activity to express deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of heroic martyrs in the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland; to encourage and motivate relatives of martyrs' families to continue promoting revolutionary traditions and striving to build the homeland to develop more and more.
