Placing a signboard to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam Liberation

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu attended the plaque-mounting ceremony.

The Data Integration Center is a project to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam Province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025). The project has a total investment of VND 249 billion, of which the central capital is VND 224 billion and the local capital is VND 25 billion.

Quang Nam Provincial Data Integration Center was started in December 2022 and completed and put into use in October 2024. The central network system is located on the 6th floor of Quang Nam Provincial Historical Archives Center (An My Ward, Tam Ky City).

Quang Nam Provincial Data Integration Center is a large-scale communications infrastructure, providing many public services for people and businesses inside and outside the province.

Of which, about 35,000 cadres, civil servants and public employees of agencies and units in Quang Nam province participated in accessing shared information systems; about 1 million users who are citizens and businesses in Quang Nam province participated in registering, performing public services, and looking up information through the electronic information portal...

The network system is designed to be ready for the DC-DR (disaster recovery) model and is separated into network zones according to standards, including core network zone, edge network zone, server zone, DMZ zone, and administration zone.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu said: The completion of the Data Integration Center not only helps Quang Nam province improve its management and operation capacity but also creates an important foundation for developing information technology applications, ensuring network safety and security and seamless data connection between departments, branches and sectors.

This project demonstrates the province's strong determination to accelerate digital transformation, contributing to improving the quality of service to the people and improving the investment and business environment.

Mr. Buu emphasized that today's plaque-mounting ceremony is not only an event marking the completion of an important project, but also affirms the spirit of innovation, creativity, and determination to build a modern, effective administration, aiming to best serve the people of Quang Nam province.

On behalf of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Buu acknowledged and commended the Department of Science and Technology, related departments, branches, and construction units for their efforts to implement the project on time and with quality to put it into operation on schedule.

At the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, agencies and units will continue to effectively exploit this project, making the Data Integration Center an important driving force for the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society of Quang Nam province.
