Fami brings healthy nutrition from 100% vegetable protein to people in the Mekong Delta

In particular, each household participating in the program will also receive a gift from Fami of 1 year of free milk.

According to information from the National Institute of Nutrition, balancing animal and plant protein sources in the daily diet is important for health. In particular, the necessary proportion of plant protein is 60 - 70% in adults and 30 - 50% in children.
