This afternoon, Eximbank decided to dismiss Ms. Luong Thi Cam Tu from the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the 2020-2025 term and elected Ms. Do Ha Phuong to replace her.

Ms. Do Ha Phuong was born in 1984 and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of finance and banking. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the US and a master's degree in finance from the UK. She joined the Board of Directors of Eximbank as a member from February 2022.
Earlier this year, Eximbank held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to approve the resignation of two members of the Board of Directors and elect three new members for the seventh term (2022-2025). The three new personnel that Eximbank wanted to add to the Board of Directors were Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan, Mr. Pham Quang Dung and Mr. Tran Anh Thang. However, this meeting was unsuccessful due to insufficient shares attending. In February, the second extraordinary meeting was held and the proposal to add these members was approved. In mid-April, two more members of the Board of Directors submitted their resignations and were approved. Currently, the company's Board of Directors has 5 members, including 1 independent member.
