The Le Quang Dao extended road project connecting Nam Tu Liem district with Ha Dong district has an investment of about 740 billion VND, expected to be completed on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10). Le Quang Dao route is still cluttered with many items, unable to reach the finish line on October 10.

According to the Nam Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project site is mobilizing maximum machinery, workers, and engineers to work in 3 shifts continuously to bring the project to the finish line on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10). However, in reality, heavy rain has greatly affected the construction progress and quality of the items along the entire route, so the progress cannot be achieved.

"The contract to complete this project is signed in June 2025, so we will focus on it as soon as the weather is favorable. Regarding the detailed progress, we have worked with the contractors and from now until the end of the year, if the weather is favorable, the units are committed to completing the related items and putting the project into use in December," said a representative of the Nam Tu Liem District Construction Investment Project Management Board.

According to the reporter's investigation, with a total length of more than 2.6km, the route has a land use area of about 11.86ha. In the total investment cost, the project's site clearance cost is more than 163 billion VND, the construction cost is more than 408 billion VND, promising to be a key traffic axis connecting Nam Tu Liem district and Ha Dong district (Hanoi).

According to the design, the route has the standards of an inter-regional road, with a cross-section of 40m and 6 lanes. The section connecting to Thang Long Avenue (about 110m long) has a cross-section width of 100m.
