In the first 3 months of the year alone, Ha Long City welcomed nearly 2.3 million visitors, equal to 105% over the same period in 2024. Of which, international visitors reached over 720,000. Total tourism revenue reached VND 6,345 billion, equal to 144% over the same period in 2024.
To continue attracting tourists, especially during the peak summer tourist season of 2025, Ha Long City has synchronously and drastically implemented solutions to promote tourism and service development, increase spending and tourism revenue. Along with the city, tourism service units and businesses are also actively participating, preparing all necessary conditions, exploiting new products, and increasing promotion to attract tourists, especially during the peak summer tourist season of 2025. At the Sunworld Ha Long entertainment complex, the unit has also renovated the campus, creating new spaces such as: Rose garden, check-in corner for visitors to visit and experience. In addition, to put the Water Park into operation, the unit has also completed the repair work, trained a professional and methodical rescue team. Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Director of the Sun World Ha Long entertainment complex shared: We have built many attractive incentive programs and policies.
