Awarding vocational certificates to 16 prisoners at the Provincial Police Detention Center

The class opened on March 1, 2025 with the participation of 16 students who are prisoners serving their sentences at the Detention Center, with 3 main professions: cooking, farming and animal husbandry, and acupressure massage.

Students are awarded vocational certificates.

Quang Ninh Provincial Police Detention Center is the first detention center in the country to organize vocational training for prisoners. After completing the training process, 16 prisoners were granted vocational certificates. This is a meaningful work, demonstrating the profound humanity and special attention of Quang Ninh Police to the work of educating and reforming prisoners, helping them gain vocational skills and confidently reintegrate into the community after completing their prison sentences and returning to society, thereby limiting recidivism and violations of the law.
