Potential LIC Project
The Yen Lenh Industrial Cluster project is implemented by Western Pacific Group, the investor in building the Industrial Park & Logistics Cluster (LIC) with nearly 20 years of experience in logistics operations, construction and development of industrial park infrastructure and logistics infrastructure in Vietnam and is also the investor of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park with a scale of 151.27 hectares in Bac Ninh province.
Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province is developed by Western Pacific Group |
Following the success of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park, a typical LIC project implemented by Western Pacific in Bac Ninh, Yen Lenh Industrial Cluster continues to be implemented in Ha Nam province with the orientation of developing synchronous and closed infrastructure, an industrial cluster model connected to the port through a 69 m wide main road with 6 main lanes and 4 service lanes, serving the large logistics needs in the area.
The supply of land plots at Yen Lenh Industrial Park is assessed to be diverse and flexible with small plots of land starting from only 0.44 ha, easily meeting the investment needs of small and medium enterprises. With purchase prices and operating costs only half that of industrial parks, land plots at Yen Lenh Industrial Park are always highly attractive to many domestic investors.
According to the plan, Western Pacific Group is expanding projects in the LIC ecosystem in many key northern provinces. In Ha Nam alone, Western Pacific has just received the Decision approving the investment policy for the Dong Van V Industrial Park project with a scale of 237.29 hectares in Duy Tien town, Ha Nam.
Projects in the LIC ecosystem of Western Pacific Group are deployed to build synchronous infrastructure, taking advantage of strategic locations near ports, airports, etc. and supporting each other to bring added value to investors, helping to optimize transportation distance, reduce emissions, optimize time and costs in production and business activities.
Implemented and supervised by a team of highly specialized experts and engineers from Western Pacific, the Yen Lenh Industrial Cluster project in particular and LIC projects in general promise to continue to be a "destination" for many domestic and international investors.
