Clearing more than 1.2 hectares of land in violation at Phu Thai Inland Port (Kim Thanh)

On the morning of April 18, the People's Committee of Phu Thai town (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong ) organized the clearance of violations in the use of a 12,404 m2 land plot at Phu Thai Port according to the conclusion of the Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate.

Local authorities and police, military , land administration, regulations, and mass organizations shall carry out propaganda and mobilize to clear violations of land use above.

The working group made a record of the violation and did not cooperate in clearing the violation.

By noon on April 18, the authorities had removed all vehicles and equipment from the violation area. The clearance was completed, ensuring safety and in accordance with the law.

Previously, Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate issued inspection conclusions No. 518/KL-TTr dated August 12, 2019 on compliance with legal policies in production, business and land use activities for Thang Loi Mechanical Private Enterprise in Phu Thai town; inspection conclusion No. 519/KL-TTr dated August 12, 2019 on compliance with legal provisions on land, investment and construction for The Anh Production and Trading Company Limited in implementing the Project of Repair and Construction of Watercraft and Port Business in Phu Thai town and Kim Luong commune; inspection conclusion No. 520/KL-TTr dated August 12, 2019 on compliance with legal provisions on land, investment and construction in implementing the Project of Repair and Construction of Watercraft in Phu Thai town invested by Mr. Dang Duc Chuc.

After many times of propaganda and persuasion, the violating unit did not cooperate, the authorities proceeded to clear the area.

However, relevant agencies, units and individuals have not fully and promptly implemented the conclusions and recommendations of the Provincial Inspectorate.

Mr. Dang Duc Chuc did not implement the Project of Repair and Construction of Ships in Phu Thai Town but illegally authorized his son Dang Hung Thang, Director of Thang Loi Mechanical Private Enterprise (now Thang Loi Mechanical Company Limited) to illegally use 46,764 ^m2 of land leased by the People's Committee of Kim Thanh District for production and business (including the land area rented by Mr. Chuc of 16,096 ^m2 ; land for internal traffic roads of 2,762 ^m2 ; the remaining 27,906 ^m2 belonging to the bridge and river protection corridor temporarily assigned to Mr. Chuc for management and use).

Authorities carry out the task of clearing violations at Phu Thai Inland Port.

Thang Loi Mechanical Private Enterprise illegally used the above 46,764 ^m2 of land for production and business, which is a violation of land regulations. At the same time, it violated construction regulations on the entire area of ​​Phu Thai Inland Port.
