The total investment of the project is nearly 200 billion VND, including site clearance costs, construction costs, consulting costs and other costs. Of which, the value of the construction package is more than 90 billion VND.
Construction investment items include: foundation, road surface, sidewalk, Sa Nhien bridge, Ong Thung bridge, Muong Lo culvert, Cai Be canal culvert, Cao Thai Huong culvert, surface drainage system, public lighting system, trees, parking lot and welcome gate.
Once completed and put into use, the project will help the locality complete its infrastructure, meet the travel needs of local people and reduce traffic congestion, especially during holidays and Tet.
The project also contributes greatly to the renovation of the existing flower village road, in accordance with the planning of a traffic route combined with sightseeing for tourists from near and far.

Specifically, about 95% of the longitudinal culverts have been constructed, 3/3 of the box culverts have been completed, Sa Nhien bridge has been completed and Ong Thung bridge is expected to have its girder installed before Tet.
The contractor is still continuing to fill sand and roll the roadbed. At the same time, the stones are being gathered at the construction site so that when the sandbed meets technical requirements, the next steps can be proactively carried out.
"The project started in early 2023 and to date, the estimated implementation volume has reached about 60%. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of June 2025," said Mr. Tuan.
