The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Trong Tan, a Dien Bien soldier, born in 1931, Lap Thanh village and Mr. Le Van Tan, a Dien Bien soldier, born in 1931, Ngoi village.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that the Party, the State and each generation of Vietnamese people always respect and are grateful for the contributions of the Dien Bien soldiers of the past who fought bravely, sacrificed their blood and youth for the cause of national liberation.

Promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, the liberated capital, the resistance capital, the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province are always united, unanimous, following the previous generation to build Tuyen Quang to become more and more developed.
