The delegation offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Temple in Tuyen Quang City. The delegation offered incense and planted souvenir trees at the historical site of the Ministry of Health in Tan Long commune (Yen Son). This is where the Ministry of Health, the Institute of Microbiology, the Cadre Hospital, and the Department of Otorhinolaryngology were headquartered during the resistance war against French colonialism, from 1950 to 1954.
