Along with that are many intra-provincial routes such as DT769, 25B and routes connecting to the airport such as 770B, 769E...
In particular, the North-South high-speed railway line being studied for investment will pass through Long Thanh airport, ending at Thu Thiem, Ho Chi Minh City.
This area also has additional urban railway lines within the province that have been planned to connect to Long Thanh airport.
Nhon Trach is next to Long Thanh, only separated from Ho Chi Minh City by the Dong Nai River. In 2025, when Nhon Trach Bridge, Phuoc Khanh Bridge, and Ring Road 3 are completed, Nhon Trach and Ho Chi Minh City will be closer together.
Rarely is there a city that has all 5 types of transportation. In addition to Long Thanh airport and high-speed railway, in the future there will be Long Thanh - Thu Thiem and Bien Hoa - Vung Tau railways.

According to Mr. Duc, the planning of Dong Nai province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, has been approved by the Prime Minister, identifying the Long Thanh airport urban area including Long Thanh district to develop an urban area in the southwest of the airport;
Developing industrial and logistics clusters in the southeast of the airport, linking with the Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport industrial - logistics service system; developing an urban - industrial - service chain along the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51 and Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4.
Nhon Trach district develops a chain of urban - service - high-tech industry, synchronously connecting infrastructure and logistics services with the Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport system, Phuoc An seaport, and the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Develop a service - tourism route connecting Long Thanh International Airport with the Can Gio biosphere reserve.
"Dong Nai is conducting an international competition to find ideas for urban planning in Long Thanh and surrounding areas. When the final results are available, a unit will be selected to organize the master plan," said Mr. Duc.
