Specifically, on September 2, the city will organize the Traditional Open Boat Race on the Han River with more than 400 athletes.

Organize fire and water spraying on Dragon Bridge continuously every night during the holiday from August 31 to September 3; perform the rotation of Han River Bridge to open the boat at night from August 31 to September 1.

Organize free movie screenings for residents and tourists in the city from August 23 to September 13 at Le Do Cinema, the crescent circle of Nhu Nguyet Street, parks in wards of Hai Chau District and communes of Hoa Vang District.

Organize art performances on both sides of the Han River such as Bai Choi singing, street music, traditional musical instrument concerts, street magic, street dances with costumes combined with wind music performances, etc.

At My An night beach, there will be a series of art performances, film screenings, walking streets, culinary delights, lighting decorations, and beach art installations.

According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, through information compiled by airlines, the total number of domestic and international flights to Da Nang during the 4-day holiday is estimated at 484 flights (an average of 120 flights/day).

Of which, there are 203 international flights (average 50 flights/day), and 281 domestic flights (average 70 flights/day).

According to information from the Da Nang Railway Transport Branch, during the National Day holiday, the total number of visitors to Da Nang by rail was 5,785 (an increase of 25% over the same period, in 2023 it was 4,595 visitors).

Son Tra Peninsula is a place where locals and tourists often choose to visit during holidays.

The average room occupancy rate is estimated at 50-55%, with the highest concentration of guests on September 1 and September 2, 2024, mainly at establishments along the coast and some 4-5 star hotels in the city center, with individual guests accounting for 60-70%. Of which, the overall occupancy rate of 4-5 star and equivalent tourist accommodation establishments is estimated at 55-65%; the average occupancy rate of 3-star or lower tourist accommodation establishments is estimated at 35-45%.

The Department of Tourism said it has issued a document requesting tourism service businesses to ensure services for tourists during the National Day holiday; requesting the People's Committees of districts to deploy security, safety, rescue and relief work at tourist sites and tourism service establishments in the area, and strengthen state management of authorized tourist accommodation establishments.

The Department also requested the Department of Education and Training, schools, etc. to inform and disseminate to students, students, and residents about the rules, regulations, and recommendations they need to know when swimming at Da Nang tourist beaches.

The Department of Tourism has directed the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches to ensure security, order, environmental sanitation, and safety for residents and tourists during the holiday; arrange 100% of rescue and patrol forces to ensure security and order.
