On the afternoon of August 2, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a conference to review press and propaganda work in July and orient propaganda work in August.

In July, local and central press agencies in the province have implemented the right objectives and closely followed the propaganda orientation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; strictly complied with the provisions of the law on press activities; promptly propagated political events and current events in the province as well as in the country and the world; actively propagated and comprehensively reflected all aspects of Party building, political system building, socio-economic development, national defense and security; propagated the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province; and activities to commemorate War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27.
In particular, the press and radio agencies have increased the coverage of news and articles about the life, career, great contributions and dedication of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the affection, condolences and respect of the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Binh province for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
Activities of the Department of Information and Communications, Department of Culture and Sports in the field of press and propaganda; information orientation and propaganda activities of the Propaganda sector continued to have many innovations, ensuring effectiveness and substance; coordination, direction and organization of activities of the Provincial Journalists Association; creation, propaganda, promotion and organization of activities of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association received attention and direction.

Propagating the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress; planning content, implementation of the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; preparing conditions for organizing the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year; activities to promote and advertise tourism development.
