At the conference, comrade Pham Khac Quan - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board; decisions on assigning, transferring and appointing cadres.

At the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Decision to end the activities of the Party delegations, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, the Provincial Health Care Protection Board and announced the Decision to establish the Party Committees of the Provincial Party agencies and the Mobilization and assignment of work for leading cadres.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong emphasized: Implementing the Central's policy on innovation, streamlining the organizational apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system. In the past time, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities in the province's political system have been active, made efforts and proactive in advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to effectively direct the implementation of steps to rearrange and reorganize advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and district-level Party Committees; ending the activities of Party delegations and Party executive committees; ending the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, the Provincial Health Care and Protection Committee for Cadres, etc. in accordance with the Central and provincial directions.
