In particular, PCI component indicators such as market entry, transparency, time costs and business support have all improved significantly. These efforts have contributed to building a fair and transparent business environment and creating motivation for business development.
To achieve these impressive results, Dong Thap has implemented many innovative administrative reform models, aiming at the goal of building a friendly and people-serving government. A typical example is the model combining online public services and public postal services, helping people and businesses carry out administrative procedures quickly and save time. At the same time, the province also promotes the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures, with solutions such as "Citizens do not write" and high-level online public services.
