After 3 years, propagandists in mobile propaganda teams in the province had the opportunity to meet, exchange and learn from each other at the 15th Provincial Mobile Propaganda Festival, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Khanh Vinh district. Nearly 200 propagandists brought to the people of Khanh Vinh district an exciting and bustling atmosphere through their competitions. There, there were the appearance of propaganda vehicles beautifully decorated with national flags, Party flags, propaganda paintings, and meaningful slogans. When night fell, at the Cultural - Information and Sports Center of Khanh Vinh district, the audience watched 2 competitions: Propaganda art performance - information stories; grassroots radio.

Propaganda performance - information story of Dien Khanh District Mobile Propaganda Team.

In the propaganda art performance - information story competition, the teams brought to the audience lively, intuitive and humorous performances and skits. In particular, the skit of the Dien Khanh District Mobile Propaganda Team had propaganda content on preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage; Cam Ranh City Mobile Propaganda Team mentioned the story of implementing the State's policies and regulations on aquaculture; Cam Lam District Mobile Propaganda Team mentioned the effectiveness of the Party and State's policies that have changed people's lives; Khanh Son District Mobile Propaganda Team reflected the practical results in building new rural areas that have changed the face of mountainous areas with a large number of ethnic minorities. Meanwhile, Van Ninh District Mobile Propaganda Team mentioned propaganda to raise awareness of each person in protecting the environment, especially the marine environment; Cam Ranh City Mobile Propaganda Team mentioned the story of implementing the State's policies and regulations on aquaculture; Cam Lam District Mobile Propaganda Team mentioned the effectiveness of the Party and State's policies that have changed people's lives; Khanh Son District Mobile Propaganda Team reflected the practical results in building new rural areas that have changed the face of mountainous areas with a large number of ethnic minorities. It can be seen that each team is a different piece to create the festival picture of the propagandists. “Participating in the festival, we try to stage and practice our performance in the most meticulous way; expressing the content of the story related to the local reality, combined with the use of cultural and artistic forms typical of the Raglai people. That is the way for us to show our own color in the festival”, said Mr. Cao Tien Dung - Captain of the Mobile Propaganda Team of Khanh Son district.

Meaningful playground

Practical life shows that the activities of propagandists in mobile propaganda teams are still necessary for people, especially in rural, mountainous and island areas where access to information is difficult and people's intellectual level is limited. Through mobile propaganda activities, it has contributed to softening legal documents to specific subjects so that people can absorb them more easily. "Watching the competition teams, I like the skit "Awakening Faith" by the Mobile Propaganda Team of Dien Khanh district. Through that, I know more clearly about the regulations in protecting historical and cultural relics, the responsibility of each person for preserving and promoting the value of relics", said Mr. Mau Xuan (a resident of Khanh Vinh town).

According to Mr. Nguyen Tan An - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Family Management (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism), Head of the festival's jury, this year's festival recognized the investment of the participating teams. In particular, the propaganda art competition - information stories have been integrated into a complete program, aiming to create appeal for the audience, enhancing propaganda effectiveness. The new feature of the festival is that for the first time there is a grassroots radio competition for editors and announcers of radio stations in districts, towns and cities.

The Provincial Mobile Propaganda Festival is also an opportunity to recognize and evaluate the effectiveness of mobile propaganda teams in the province. Mr. Dang Quoc Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said: "Through the organization, the Provincial Mobile Propaganda Festival has become a cultural activity that attracts the attention of the public. The festival aims to create conditions for mobile propaganda teams and propagandists at the grassroots level to exchange and learn, contributing to concretizing the propaganda activities of policies, guidelines and guidelines to the people in a visual and easy-to-understand way".
