Less than 10km southwest of Thai Nguyen city center, with convenient transportation, Thai Hai Ecological Stilt House Village Conservation Area (also known as Thai Hai Village) in My Hao hamlet, Thinh Duc commune, Thai Nguyen city, in 2022 was awarded the "World's Best Tourist Village" award by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), is a community tourism destination of Thai Nguyen province.

The products of the village such as sticky rice, banh chung, wine, cakes, utensils, besides serving daily life, also serve tourists to blend in with the village community and tourists enjoy that, being able to "live slowly" in the village.

Not far from Thai Hai Village, visitors return to the gentle tea fields on the low rolling hills of the Tan Cuong specialty tea region to reach Nui Coc Lake, where the legendary love story of Coc and Cong arose. This is an artificial lake, built to block the cool, unpolluted Cong River, serving agricultural and industrial production and people's lives. Nui Coc Lake is planned as a national tourist area, and is being exploited by Thai Nguyen province to develop tourism, attracting many tourists.

Coming to Khau Ty hut, where Uncle Ho lived and worked when he returned to ATK Dinh Hoa, or Tin Keo hut - where Uncle Ho held a Politburo meeting to decide to launch the Dien Bien Phu campaign on December 6, 1953, which was restored almost intact, with materials such as bamboo and thatch, carefully preserved and maintained, visitors can imagine the hardships, hardships, and deprivation of life, simplicity, modesty, and closeness to nature of Uncle Ho. The hut where General Secretary Truong Chinh and Prime Minister Pham Van Dong lived and worked was also very simple in the mountains and forests, close to the people. Today, ATK Dinh Hoa is recognized as a special national relic site, with 13 most important relics, along with hundreds of locations associated with the history of the resistance war. This is one of the centers for educating revolutionary traditions for the younger generation, attracting thousands of visitors each year to offer incense to commemorate Uncle Ho and previous revolutionaries.
