In parallel, the convenient road and air transport network, the 105.8 km long coastal route from Binh Tien to Ca Na has been completed and put into use, bringing important significance to Ninh Thuan and many benefits to the local socio-economic development, contributing to strongly arousing potential advantages. Accordingly, the highest incentives within the State framework are applied for land lease, land allocation and corporate income tax according to the provisions of the Land Law, the Corporate Income Tax Law and the Import-Export Tax Law.

The Provincial People's Committee will focus on mobilizing resources to build synchronous infrastructure, first of all investing in traffic infrastructure to solve traffic "bottlenecks", creating conditions to attract investors; promoting administrative reform, continuing to review, cut and simplify administrative procedures; focusing on developing human resources, ensuring standardization of qualifications and skills of skilled workers with industrial working style; synchronously and effectively implementing policies to support businesses.
