Accordingly, the Department requires its departments and affiliated units to mobilize all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to participate in practical activities in response to the "Month of action for food safety" taking place from April 15 to May 15, 2025 with the theme "Ensuring food safety, focusing on food safety in collective kitchens, catering services, and street food".
At the same time, the Department requires units according to their functions and tasks to proactively grasp and integrate the contents of the Action Month for Food Safety into the implementation of regular tasks; proactively monitor and urge accommodation establishments, restaurants, tourist areas and attractions to implement measures to ensure food safety for tourists.
The Tourism Information Center is assigned to enhance the dissemination of legal documents, knowledge, and activities on food safety. Promote propaganda on food safety in tourism activities.
