Propagating fire prevention and fighting skills in schools

Fire prevention and rescue police officers promote drowning rescue skills.

Here, cadres, teachers and students were provided and disseminated with the system of legal documents on fire prevention and fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH); risks and main causes of fires and explosions; fire prevention measures; escape skills, handling and using PCCC and CNCH equipment when a fire or explosion occurs; instructions on calling the 114 switchboard when a fire occurs and using on-site fire fighting equipment; how to escape from the fire area... Also at the propaganda session, students of 22 schools were also equipped with knowledge on detecting incidents and some skills to prevent drowning.

Students experience the skills of using portable fire extinguishers.

The propaganda session attracted enthusiastic participation from teachers and students of the school to grasp the skills to handle situations and fire incidents. This is an activity that needs to be replicated to raise awareness and responsibility for fire prevention and fighting in schools across the province.
