According to the report, from the beginning of the term to May 31, 2024, the implementation of the QCDC in communes and towns in the district has had many positive changes. The tradition of high solidarity and unity in the Party Committee, government and people of all walks of life in the district has been promoted, creating a solid foundation for implementing socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system increasingly clean and strong. Effectively implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", by June 2024, the People have been mobilized to donate nearly 7,200 ^m2 of residential land, worth 22.9 billion VND and nearly 1,100 ^m2 of works on land to build roads and build welfare works.

In 2024, mobilize people to agree on site clearance to implement many important projects of the Central and the province in the district, with a total area of ​​nearly 60.4 hectares; by June 2024, nearly 58.7 hectares had been implemented, reaching a rate of more than 97.1%, ranking second in the province. Also in 2024, the whole district registered to build 197 "Skilled People's Mobilization" models in various fields; in particular, successfully organized the model of "Friendly Government, Serving the People" in 24/24 units.

The work of receiving people, handling petitions, complaints and denunciations; the implementation of the dialogue regime between the heads of Party committees and authorities to handle people's recommendations and proposals has had many positive changes. In the first 6 months of 2024, the whole district received and processed 205 petitions, complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections and resolved 191 petitions, and is currently resolving 14 petitions.

Concluding the working session, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Pham Thi Thanh Thuy acknowledged and highly appreciated the serious and methodical task of building socialism and implementing democracy in Nga Son district; at the same time, pointed out the limitations and shortcomings such as: The dissemination and implementation of a number of Party and State documents on building socialism and implementing democracy in a number of agencies and units were not regular and timely at times; the quality of activities of the Steering Committee in a number of localities, agencies and units was still low; the quality of implementation of a number of specific tasks on national defense and security in a number of establishments was uneven.
