Hoai Duc District Land Auction: Highest winning price 15 billion VND/lot

(Dan Tri) - After more than 9 hours with 12 rounds, the auction of 20 land lots in Hoai Duc district had the highest winning price of 103 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 15 billion VND/lot.

The auction of 20 land lots in Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) just ended at 5:00 p.m. with 12 rounds. Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang - Director of Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center - refused to answer questions about the auction.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, representative of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company - the auction organizer. This person said that the winning price of the highest lot reached 103.3 million VND/m2, more than 14 times higher than the starting price, equivalent to a value of about 15 billion VND. The lowest lot had a price of 85.3 million VND/m2, 11.6 times higher than the starting price.

Ms. T. - an investor from Phu Tho - said that today her group participated in the auction of all 20 plots of land but did not win any.

Mr. Vien - an investor from Son La - said that he participated in both recent auctions in Hoai Duc district. Today, he participated in the auction of 2 land lots but did not win. He said that the current prices have cooled down but are still high compared to the area.

As Dan Tri reported earlier, on the morning of November 4, Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 20 land plots (Lots LK01 and LK02), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project to auction land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field.

The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of ​​89-145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 130.8 million VND to nearly 212.6 million VND/lot. The auction is conducted by direct voting with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price is 6 million VND/m2.

The location of the 20 plots of land above is right next to 19 plots of land that Hoai Duc district auctioned last August.

On August 19, Hoai Duc district organized an auction of 19 lots in LK03 and LK04 areas, Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune. The winning prices of these lots ranged from 91.3 to 133.3 million VND/m2, 12.5 to more than 18 times higher than the starting price.

On November 11, Hoai Duc district will continue to auction 32 plots of land (LK05 and LK06), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field. The plots of land have an area of ​​97-172 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from nearly 142 million VND to nearly 252 million VND. The form and method of auction is by direct voting in multiple rounds according to the ascending price method.
