Front Mark

The year 2024 marks the spirit of determination to innovate, the proactiveness and positivity of the Front system from the Central to the grassroots level. Under the common roof, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has gathered and united the entire people towards the goal of bringing the country into the era of national development, building an increasingly rich and prosperous country, and the people having a prosperous and happy life.

Looking back over the past year, we can see that the program of coordination and unified action of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has been organized and implemented with focus, key points, applied flexibly, creatively, and appropriately to the actual situation. With continuous efforts, proactiveness, and creativity, the Front at all levels has overcome all difficulties, successfully completed its tasks with many outstanding marks.

1. The Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term and the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term were successful, creating a strong spread among the people.

2. Resolutely deploy the summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".

3. Complete 5,000 houses for poor households in Dien Bien province and 500 houses for poor households in Lai Chau, Son La, Lao Cai, Hoa Binh, and Yen Bai provinces.

4. Organize meetings to pay tribute to Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers (who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign).

5. Mobilize domestic and foreign agencies, enterprises, organizations and individuals to join hands to support people in 26 northern provinces and cities to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi). For the first time, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee has promptly directed the "statement", publicization and transparency of support sources and timely allocation to localities affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi).

6. Organize the 2024 National Great Unity Day in residential areas across the country in an enthusiastic and exciting atmosphere.

7. The Central Emulation and Reward Council coordinated with the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee to launch the emulation movement nationwide to join hands to "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025.

8. Successfully organize the 16th Journalism Award for the cause of great national unity, 2023-2024.

9. The 5th Conference of the Presidents of the Cambodia - Laos - Vietnam Front was a great success.

10. The work of listening to the thoughts and aspirations of ethnic minorities has been focused on: Successfully coordinating the organization of the 2nd "Village Support" Program; the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front met with ethnic minorities and mountainous people in the Central Highlands provinces.
