On November 20, 2024, the Party Committee of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company (BSR) held a 2024 Party Committee Training Conference for its subordinate Party Committees. Attending and directing the Conference were Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSR; Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong - Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, General Director of BSR; comrades in the Standing Committee, the Party Committee Executive Committee of BSR, the Party Committee Inspection Committee of BSR and subordinate Party Committees, and the Advisory Boards assisting the Party Committee.
Overview of the Conference The reporter at the Party Committee training conference was Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, who directly delivered 02 topics: Professional work on organization, Party members, Party activities and Party Inspection, Supervision and Discipline. Speaking at the opening of the training conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSR emphasized: The Party Committee training conference is one of the important contents to raise awareness of Party building work for Party Committee cadres at all levels and improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations.
Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi - Party Secretary, Chairman of BSR Board of Directors spoke at the Conference. BSR Party Secretary Nguyen Van Hoi requested delegates to promote their sense of responsibility, focus on participating in this training conference, actively exchange and discuss, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the training conference. At the Conference, cadres at all levels were equipped with knowledge, skills, and methods on Party grassroots organization, Party member development, Party member management; innovation and improvement of the quality of Party activities; professional inspection and supervision work at BSR Party Committee level and at affiliated Party cells/committees and Party discipline enforcement.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Group, Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Inspection Committee of the Group conveyed the contents at the Conference. The 2024 Party Committee training conference organized by the BSR Party Committee is a training program within the entire working program set forth by the BSR Party Committee for each Party Committee cadre at all levels to improve their professional qualifications in Party work; each Party cell/Party Committee at all levels grasps the Party's leadership methods, enhances the leadership role, and directs the implementation of assigned political tasks at the unit in the new situation; especially the requirements set forth in the preparation work for organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 7th Congress of the BSR Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
