The incense offering ceremony was organized by the Ministry of National Defense in coordination with the Military Command, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province at the Tua Hai Victory historical site (in Dong Khoi commune, Chau Thanh district, Tay Ninh).

Senior Lieutenant General Le Chiem, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Major General Nguyen Hoang Nhien, Director of the Vietnam Military History Institute, along with a delegation of central ministries and branches; leaders of Tay Ninh province and historical witnesses of the Tua Hai battle offered incense to commemorate and recall the heroic historical Tua Hai battle.
The victory of Tua Hai in 1960 was a resounding victory of the army and people of the Southeast region in general and Tay Ninh in particular. The victory opened the period of armed struggle of the Revolution in South Vietnam, contributing significantly to the cause of national liberation.
60 years have passed, the victory of Tua Hai is the pride of the Party Committee, army and people of Tay Ninh, brave and resilient.
