Presenting the Politburo's decision on personnel work in Tay Ninh

(NLDO) - Politburo member, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen, on behalf of the Politburo, presented the decision to Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung.

On the morning of March 23, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Politburo's decision to approve Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and to appoint him to join the Party Committee of Military Region 7 for the 2020-2025 term.

On behalf of the Politburo, Politburo member and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung on being approved by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

In his congratulatory speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Nen hoped that the Tay Ninh province would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, dynamism, and creativity, bringing the province to increasingly sustainable development, realizing the ambitions and aspirations of many previous generations. The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee expected that Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, together with the Provincial Party Committee, would lead Tay Ninh to overcome difficulties and successfully complete its tasks.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung was born on January 2, 1974, in Hiep Hoa commune, Cau Ngang district, Tra Vinh province. He has a bachelor's degree in economics and a senior degree in political theory. He has held many key leadership positions such as: Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Go Dau District Party Committee, Secretary of the Tay Ninh City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and a delegate of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

On March 18, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung was elected by the Provincial Party Executive Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
