The Provincial People's Council Party Delegation leads and coordinates the implementation of Decision No. 238-QD/TW.

Comrade Lo Van Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the meeting of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee.

Identifying this as one of the important tasks, the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council has led and proposed many solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the operations of local State power agencies, develop the socio-economy, ensure national defense and security in the province, which has been recognized and highly appreciated by Party committees at all levels, authorities, voters and people, with outstanding results.

Specifically, implementing the contents of coordination in law enforcement, implementing the socio-economic development plan, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation led and directed the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the People's Council Committees to successfully organize 15 sessions of the Provincial People's Council (4 sessions of the XIV term and 11 sessions of the XV term) in accordance with the provisions of law and the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee. Passing 258 resolutions (54 resolutions of the XIV Provincial People's Council and 204 resolutions of the XV Provincial People's Council) in various fields; the issued resolutions ensured compliance with the provisions of law, promptly institutionalized the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, in accordance with the practical situation of the locality, contributing to socio-economic development, maintaining political stability, ensuring national defense - security and social order and safety. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council handled more than 90 issues arising between the two sessions, ensuring proper authority, policies and regulations; promptly worked with the Provincial People's Committee to remove difficulties in direction and administration, contributing to the good implementation of socio-economic development tasks and ensuring national defense and security of the province.

Regarding the implementation of coordination contents in resolving outstanding issues of concern to the People, the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council has led and directed the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Council delegates to conduct contact with voters before and after the regular session, fully and promptly inform voters and the People about the content of the Provincial People's Council session according to regulations; synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and the People, propose recommendations to the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee at the regular session of the Provincial People's Council. Up to now, 50/59 voters' opinions have been resolved by competent agencies, informed to voters, 9/55 opinions are being resolved according to regulations. The leaders of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, and the Provincial Delegation Groups organized 28 supervision sessions (2 sessions of the XIV term and 26 sessions of the XV term) focusing on issues of concern to voters, which have a major impact on the socio-economic development of the province. After the supervision, the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial Delegation Groups made recommendations on over 200 issues to the National Assembly, the Government, the Central ministries and branches, the Provincial People's Committee, the provincial departments and branches, and the district-level People's Committees. Through the supervision activities, it has significantly contributed to helping agencies, units, and localities see their responsibilities, continue to promote their strengths, overcome limitations and shortcomings, and improve the quality and effectiveness of their leadership, direction, administration, and organization of the implementation of policies and laws in the area.

Under the leadership of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee received over 70 citizens at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office and at the workplace, including regularly receiving 1 crowded case at the office; receiving and handling 324 petitions, complaints, recommendations, and reflections from citizens sent to the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and Provincial People's Council delegates. Of which, 55 eligible petitions were transferred to competent authorities for consideration and settlement; notices and responses were issued to 25 citizens; the remaining petitions were not eligible for settlement and were filed according to regulations. For petitions with complicated contents, prolonged cases, cases that have been urged to be implemented many times but have not been resolved by competent authorities, the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee was directed to assign the Provincial People's Council Committees to conduct supervision and survey. Assign delegations of the People's Council of Muong Cha and Muong Ang districts to conduct surveys on prominent issues of public and people's concern.
