Dak Nong receives over 4.5 billion VND to support people in the North

Of which, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province received support of over 1.2 billion VND; Krong No district over 832 million VND, Dak Glong district over 636 million VND, Gia Nghia city 600 million VND, Dak Song district over 321 million VND; Dak Mil district over 293 million VND; Tuy Duc district over 253 million VND; Dak R'lap district over 185 million VND, Cu Jut district over 144 million VND.

In addition, units and localities also implemented many activities to donate and support food and necessities for timely transportation to support the northern provinces.

On the morning of September 16, staff, teachers and students of Le Dinh Chinh Primary School, Nam N'Jang Commune, Dak Song District (Dak Nong) raised nearly 51 million VND to support people in the North.

According to Ms. Ha Thi Hanh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the donation and support for people in the Northern provinces affected by storm No. 3 has spread to agencies, units, businesses, schools, residential areas and the masses. With the spirit of "a little goes a long way", organizations, individuals and people of all walks of life in the province have been and will continue to spread good deeds and practical work to contribute to sharing with people in the North.
