Dak Lak increases buying and reading of Party newspapers and magazines

The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has just issued Official Dispatch No. 15-CV/BTGDVTU on increasing the purchase and reading of Party newspapers and magazines.

Accordingly, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committees of district Party Committees, town Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee to thoroughly grasp and direct the serious implementation of the Conclusion Notice No. 173-TB/TW , dated April 6, 2020 of the Secretariat on "Continuing to implement Directive No. 11-CT/TW of the 8th Politburo on purchasing and reading Party newspapers and magazines"; Official Dispatch No. 2327-CV/TU, dated November 29, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on "Strengthening the purchasing and reading of Party newspapers and magazines"; ensuring that each Party cell, People's Council, People's Committee of communes, wards, and towns, and each Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union base has Nhan Dan Newspaper , Dak Lak Newspaper (daily); each grassroots Party Committee has at least one Communist Magazine/issue.

Regularly direct the work of inspecting, supervising and urging the purchase and reading of Party newspapers and magazines; strictly inspect the allocation and use of funds for purchasing Party newspapers and magazines, ensuring that funds are used in accordance with principles and purposes; encourage the expansion of beneficiaries of Party newspapers and magazines; include the content of purchasing Party newspapers and magazines in the criteria for evaluating and classifying the quality of Party organizations annually; promptly commend units that perform well and criticize and remind units that do not perform seriously.

Every quarter and year, the provincial post office summarizes the situation and results of the subscription of Party newspapers and magazines and sends them to the Standing Committees of district, town, city Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (through the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department) for monitoring and direction.
