Large sea reclamation construction site in Hai Phong

(Dan Tri) - The investor is filling nearly 50 hectares of sea surface in the central bay of Cat Ba, Cat Ba town, Cat Hai island district (Hai Phong city) to build a tourism and commercial service project.

According to information from the People's Committee of Cat Hai district, the project progress is as follows: October, site clearance will be completed; from the fourth quarter of this year to the first quarter of 2025, infrastructure will be completed; in the third quarter of 2025, low-rise construction will be completed; in the second quarter of 2027, high-rise construction will be completed.
