After 5 years of implementation, combining regulations of the Central and provincial levels, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee issued Regulation 1629. This is a more synchronous solution, promoting the important role of the people in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; protecting officials who dare to think and dare to do. According to Mr. Hai, because the Regulation has just been issued, more time is needed to evaluate its effectiveness.

Regarding public asset management, delegate Nguyen Ho Hai shared that Ho Chi Minh City is a special place with many public assets managed by the city and many central agencies, so handling them is relatively complicated.
The city is very interested and has many solutions to manage and effectively promote public assets in the area and also regularly inspects and supervises this work. However, in the city, there are still premises and facilities that have not been used for the right purposes and have not been effectively promoted. These are some isolated cases, the city will inspect and rectify to ensure effectiveness.
Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai expressed his belief that with the efforts of all levels, in addition to the drastic implementation of Resolution 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City, the handling and use of headquarters and facilities related to public housing and public land will be effectively rectified in the coming time.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai hopes that Party committees, Party organizations and Party members will more strictly implement the regulations on arranging neighborhoods and hamlets; in which it is necessary to listen to people's opinions so that the implementation is suitable to the practical situation in their localities.
