Announced the Decisions on resignation and retirement for 16 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee.

Announce the Decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department; assign Mr. Vo Ngoc Kien to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department.

After restructuring the organizational structure: The advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee have 5 agencies (1 agency reduced); 14 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee (1 Party Committee increased); 19 agencies and units directly under the Provincial People's Committee (5 agencies reduced); 39 departments, branches, and public service units under provincial-level agencies and units have been reduced; 31 specialized departments under district-level People's Committees have been reduced.

The conference also announced the list of 16 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee who retired early and resigned.
