After restructuring the organizational structure: The advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee have 5 agencies (1 agency less); 14 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee (1 Party Committee more); 19 agencies and units directly under the Provincial People's Committee (5 agencies less); 39 departments, branches, and public service units under provincial-level agencies and units are reduced; 31 specialized departments under district-level People's Committees are reduced.
The conference also announced the list of 16 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee who retired early and resigned.
