According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023 with the theme "Flow" connecting and honoring historical and cultural values will open from November 17 and last until November 26, with many activities. Some of the main events include:

The 'Heritage Journey' Train

The train is exclusively for tourists to experience the festival, taking place from November 17 to 26. The train consists of 5 carriages designed with a journey that only passes through three points: Hanoi - Long Bien - Gia Lam station, crossing Long Bien bridge. To serve the travel needs of tourists, from November 18 to 26, the train is organized 4 trips per day according to the time slots: 8:00 am from Hanoi station and 10:50 am from Gia Lam station, 1:20 pm from Hanoi station and 4:00 pm from Gia Lam station. The ticket price is 20,000 VND per person per trip.

Space exhibition at heritage sites

The Hang Dau Water Tower Heritage and Water Installation Exhibition takes place from November 17 to 26 in three time slots during the day: morning (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), afternoon (1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and evening (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.).

There are 15 seminars taking place from November 18 to 25, with content mainly related to design, architecture, heritage, and fashion.

In addition to the above activities that require pre-registration or check-in at the event, visitors and residents can also experience outdoor architectural spaces, music and art shows, fairs, and photography.
