Maybe I can't fulfill my duty as a mother all my life.

Appearing recently on the program Vietnamese Family Home, actress Thanh Huong frankly shared about her family life. In it, she admitted that she felt guilty towards her children for not spending much time with them.

According to Thanh Huong, an actress always has to balance work and family, although it is not easy. However, she believes that her family always supports her work and her two children will understand, sympathize and be happy with what their mother does.

She wants her children to understand that if they have the chance in the future, they should do many good things to bring joy to people their age but in different circumstances. "No one can decide their fate when they are born, but they have the right to change it with their own willpower," the actress of "Life is still beautiful" affirmed.

Although Thanh Huong considers herself a family woman, she admits that because she loves acting, sometimes she has to put aside her duties as a family woman to focus on her career.

“Our job is to travel. Sometimes, we eat with the program and colleagues more than at home,” she confided, expressing that she will try to teach her children good and meaningful things at home.

She believes that she is the right mother to participate in a volunteer program, to spread the message to everyone and also help her children understand that their mother has tried to do good things for the community and society, especially for those in more difficult circumstances than her. From there, she can be an example for her children to follow.

However, Thanh Huong admits that she still has many shortcomings in spending time with her children. She feels she owes them an apology.

“Perhaps in this life, I will not be able to fully and completely fulfill my duties as a mother. Many times, I do social and community work, traveling with film crews even on holidays, while on those days I should be at home taking my children out to play, to have a warm family atmosphere. But even seemingly simple things like that, sometimes I cannot do them,” Thanh Huong confided.

However, after stressful hours of work, the actress just wants to return home. There, she has family meals, and has time to teach her children the normal lessons that any child can have. However, her children still sometimes find it difficult to have simple, normal moments with their mother.

Therefore, Thanh Huong expressed her hope that her children would understand and sympathize with her work, as well as hope that her two children could be independent and love their mother more. She promised to make up for those shortcomings whenever she had time.
