SLNA Club announces invitation for Le Cong Vinh to be assistant coach

Former striker Le Cong Vinh will begin his coaching career as an assistant for his hometown team - Song Lam Nghe An from November 11. Previously, the 38-year-old player completed the C-certificate football coach training course organized by the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) in Gia Lai last September.

In the past, Le Cong Vinh was the leading striker in the history of Song Lam Nghe An club. However, the collective titles of this striker all came when playing at Binh Duong and Ha Noi T&T. Cong Vinh was the top scorer in V.League 5 times, won the Vietnam Golden Ball 3 times.

Le Cong Vinh's start to "engage" in the coaching path will make V.League much more exciting.
