Prepare well for Party Congresses at all levels

The Provincial Party Committee requested that its subordinate Party Committees continue to seriously implement Conclusion 793 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the implementation of Directive 35 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. At the provincial level, the Documents, Personnel, and Service Organization Subcommittees have completed issuing instructions and plans on drafting the Political Report; organized survey teams to grasp the situation in service of drafting the Documents; and completed the first Draft of the Political Report of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.

At the 21st Provincial Party Executive Committee meeting held on April 1, Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong requested the subordinate Party Committees to identify the preparation for the Congress as one of the key political tasks.

Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (photo above) emphasized: "Preparing for congresses at all levels is one of the especially important political tasks. It is not because of the merger that we do not focus on directing the Party Congresses at all levels. We must focus on directing this content to ensure the progress of the Central Committee and ensure the stability of the ideology of cadres, party members and people; do a good job of propaganda, especially for the grassroots areas".

The Provincial Party Committee also directed district and commune Party Committees to temporarily suspend the organization of Congresses to serve the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in accordance with the Politburo's policy.
