Chi Linh prepares to organize 'Party cell congress week'

By December 4, the residential area party cells: Thai Hoc 1 (Sao Do ward), Vinh Dai 1 (Van Duc ward), Chua Van (Chi Minh ward), residential area party cell 7 (Pha Lai ward) and Do Xa (Hoang Tan ward) had completed organizing the congress.

These are units selected by the ward party committees as pilot units. After the pilot congresses end, the ward and commune party committees will organize experience sharing sessions, and the party cells will focus on organizing congresses during the “Party Cell Congress Week” from December 9-15.

Chi Linh City Party Committee currently has 371 Party cells under grassroots Party committees. In order for the "Party Cell Congress Week" to take place successfully, Chi Linh City Party Committee directs grassroots Party committees to guide and inspect the leadership and direction of subordinate Party cell congresses... The grassroots Party committees are responsible for developing plans to direct subordinate Party cells to prepare political reports, personnel and necessary conditions to organize the congresses of subordinate Party cells to achieve good results...

Chi Linh is the first locality in the province to implement "Party cell congress week". This is a broad political activity for the entire Party, army and people of the city.
