The training course gathered more than 300 students, aiming to train head nurses, medical staff of major hospitals, nursing schools in Da Nang City and neighboring provinces, on specialized content, raising awareness of the importance of nutritional care for patients.
The trainers are leading experts in clinical nutrition and nursing from the Department of Nutrition and Nursing of hospitals such as Cho Ray, National Children's Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, National Endocrinology Hospital, etc., sharing knowledge and experience in nutritional care for specific groups of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, malnutrition, cancer, chronic kidney failure, etc.

Master Nguyen Thi Phuc, Head of Nursing Department of Da Nang Hospital, said that the nursing force and medical staff really need to update and recommend orientations and solutions to contribute to further development of this work in the context of many changes in disease models.
According to Dr. Hoang Van Thanh, Chairman of the Vietnam Chief Nursing Club, the Club and Vinamilk share the common goal of improving the quality of patient care, especially helping people with underlying medical conditions, children and the elderly understand, implement and maintain a suitable nutritional regimen to improve health, recover quickly, and shorten treatment time.
Intensive training activities for nursing staff and medical staff at medical facilities are part of the cooperation program between Vinamilk and the Vietnam Head Nurses Club from 2020 to present.
In 2023, Vinamilk will accompany the Vietnam Chief Nursing Club to complete pathological nutrition training for nearly 1,000 nurses and medical staff nationwide.
