According to initial information, on the night of May 27, a fire broke out at house number 1, lane 27, Luong Dinh Cua street (Kim Lien ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi).

Specifically, at around 10:30 p.m. the same day, people discovered smoke coming from the attic of the house above and reported it to the authorities.

"The fire quickly flared up fiercely, even from afar you could see the red flames," said a witness to the incident.

Upon receiving the news, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center dispatched the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Dong Da District Police to the scene to put out the fire.

At the scene, the local fire fighting force and the residential fire fighting team also urgently approached the fire area and deployed fire extinguishing plans.

After about 30 minutes, the fire was controlled and did not spread. There were no casualties, property damage is being assessed.

The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by Dong Da District Police.
