Early this morning (February 14), smoke rose from inside the XQ Vietnam Da Lat embroidery exhibition area on Mai Anh Dao Street, Ward 8, Da Lat City. At that time, the night security guard discovered the incident and immediately ran outside to shout for help to put out the fire.

Many people rushed to help. However, the area where the fire broke out contained many embroidered paintings, wood and picture frames, mainly flammable materials, causing the fire to quickly spread from the main hall to other areas.

Upon receiving the news, the Lam Dong Province Fire Prevention and Fighting Police dispatched 5 specialized vehicles and many firefighters to the scene. After more than 10 minutes of spraying water from a water cannon, the firefighters were able to control the fire.

The fire did not cause any human casualties, but many objects, picture frames and properties inside were burned and damaged.

Dalat XQ Vietnam is a famous embroidery art establishment in Dalat City. This place attracts many tourists to visit and admire the traditional embroidery profession.

Police are working with those involved to investigate the cause of the fire.

Fire in Da Lat lasted for 8 hours, 10 hectares of pine forest were affected . About 10 hectares of old pine forest in Da Lat city (Lam Dong) were affected after a fire that lasted for 8 hours.
